Shipping & Returns
Please be advised that once an order has been processed, we are unable to amend or cancel, due to the processes we have in place.
All orders placed will be shipped using either Standard or Express post depending on what you have selected.
Upon receipt of orders & cleared payment there will be 2-4 'business' days handling & processing time prior to orders being dispatched. Most orders are processed with 24-48 hours however this is not always the case. If parcel post was used a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been processed. Should you require something quickly I suggest you have your order sent via Express. Although Express Postage is fast, unfortunately we can’t guarantee timing as it depends on the destination. Occasionally, carriers experience delays and as much as we don’t like it, they are out of our control. Also please be aware that Express Post does not automatically mean your order will be processed immediately. Normal processing times are still the same & each order is processed on a first come first serve basis. Busier times like when a sale is being held processing may be delayed slightly.
There may be instances when items purchased are sold out/unavailable on the same day of purchase. Items will then be sent as soon as replacement items are available.
PLEASE NOTE: Studio J Glitter CANNOT & WILL NOT take responsibility for any lost parcels or parcels delivered to the wrong address. Please ensure your address is correct upon checkout. If you have any concerns may I suggest adding insurance to your postage. If this is something you wish to take advantage off kindly contact me prior to completing your order so I can take steps to ensure the correct postal prices are charged.
RETURNS: Returns will be accepted on a case-by case basis. You will need to notify us within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to organize a return. Once a return is approved, items must be received in an UNOPENED, UN-USED condition suitable for re-sale & sent back within 7 days using Registered Post ONLY. The cost of postage for such returns will be paid by you the customer.
Once Studio J Glitter receives the goods & they are inspected & are deemed to be suitable for re-sale a refund or credit will be processed minus any shipping, handling, bank or Pay Pal fees. If items that are returned are found to be in an opened &/or used state you will have 2 options. OPTION 1: You forfeit your refund completely as Studio J will be unable to re-sell opened &/or used goods or OPTION 2: Studio J Glitter will return the items back to you, however you will bear the cost of postage. If you do want the items returned the postal fees must be received prior to the items being sent back.
Studio J cannot accept any returns or exchanges for Custom made mixes.
